On 27th August 2024, Dr. Foo Chek Siang and Dr Tan Bo Chuan attended Obesity and Metabolic Society Singapore (OMSSS) Journal Club event. It was an engaging session featuring a discussion on the technical variations in laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy by Dr. Lim Chin Hong. We were also privileged to hear from Dr. Will Hawkins, an overseas speaker, who shared valuable insights on “Getting out of trouble during bariatric surgery.”
It was a fruitful event, where we not only learned new knowledge but also had the chance to engage in thoughtful discussions with the speakers. Always great to stay updated and improve our skills in this dynamic field!
