What’s up Central Asia – Advancing Patient Care Together

We brought our Global Leadership Team – David Pacitti, MBA (CEO), Camille Chang Gilmore, MBA (CHRO), and Kerr Holbrook (CCO), for a meaningful visit to Ren Ci Hospital. Together with Chief Nurse Mdm Kuttiammal and her nursing team, we celebrated Ren Ci’s recognition for Clinical Leadership and Innovation. Their dedication to patient-centered care and their philosophy of always seeking new ways to improve outcomes left a strong impression on all of us.
Ren Ci is the first nursing home in Singapore to implement the CORTRAK system, a mile- stone that has already made a difference in improving patient safety, streamlining nursing workflows and elevating the quality of care. Our senior leaders were truly inspired by the hospital’s values, vision, and commitment to excellence.
We are especially grateful to our distributor partner Primuz (Lynette) and to the Avanos Singapore Sales Team Angeline Boh and Annabelle Ong for the outstanding work they have done to support Ren Ci on this journey. Their dedication has been critical in driving success- ful implementation and creating long-term value for patients and caregivers.
Looking ahead, Avanos is proud to partner with Ren Ci as we position them as a Center of Excellence, providing a model for other healthcare institutions in Singapore and across the region to learn from and adopt best practices in enteral feeding management.
A special thank you to our distributor partner Primuz for SNS and the Avanos Singapore Sales Team Angeline Boh, Chermaine Tan and Annabelle Ong for their outstanding work in making these collaborations possible and for their commitment to supporting healthcare professionals in delivering excellence in patient care.

Our conversations explored real-world clinical experiences with digestive health and Inter- ventional Pain solutions with patient insights, research, education, and the path ahead for collaboration. These dialogues remind us that innovation is only impactful when it improves outcomes for patients and supports clinicians in delivering the best care.
Dr. Foo, a highly regarded general surgeon at the Clinic for Digestive Surgery, has long been a champion of MIC-KEY and Avanos feeding tubes in clinical practice.
Dr. Babu, Senior Consultant Interventional Radiologist at International Orthopedics Clinic, has recently adopted Coolief with excellent patient results and feedback, reflecting the value of new solutions in pain management.
We are sincerely grateful for the trust, insights, and partnership of both doctors. Their ded- ication to advancing care inspires us to keep innovating and partnering across Singapore and Asia to make a real difference for patients.
